Keeping Things Simple The house is designed with SCIP roofs, floors and wall systems. The SCIP structural components of the design have a very high insulation rating, Combined with a north facing window facade and a roof solar voltaic system, this super-green home concept is slated to use only 10% of the energy as a comparable wood framed home.
