| West Port Ranch is located on a 240 acre site, in a coastal valley
with ocean and coast line views , 40 miles north of Fort Bragg, Northern
California.
This is a Concept with 10,000 sq. ft carbon neutral redwood forestry center with an educational annex ol be built with SCIP building technology. Integrated finishing materials will include rock and wood from the site. The design uses a unique SCIP truss system to carry the SCIP roof. The project will be totally carbon neutral through Solar, local wells, with Biofuel heating, and through forest carbon sequestration. The SCIP roofdecks provide for perma-culture gardens.
